Adelina Dabu is Director of EU and International Affairs at Concordia Employers' Confederation and a member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), with the mission to strengthen the representation of Romanian businesses’ interests in the EU and international policy-making space. She is Concordia’s Permanent Delegate to BusinessEurope and liaison with IOE and Business at OECD, a member of the Management Board of Eurofound, and an alternate observer to the European Platform tackling undeclared work (UDW).
With over 14 years of experience in the field, she previously served as Concordia’s Head of Public Affairs, also having worked in large private companies, focusing on stakeholder engagement, political risk, and sustainability strategies across topics including social affairs, fiscal matters, energy, and FMCG.
Adelina studied business administration, political science, European affairs, and anthropology in Bucharest and Bologna.
