Dominik Jarmer

Dominik Jarmеr has been the CEO of the leading energy group EVN Bulgaria since January 2026. He began his career at EVN in Austria in 2011, where he worked in project development in the district heating sector, including as a project manager for energy communities. In 2021, he joined EVN Bulgaria in the field of project management. He later held a series of management positions at EVN Toplofikatsia district heating company in Plovdiv and at the electricity trading companies EVN Trading and EVN Elektrosnabdiavane. His career path reflects his diverse experience in the fields of energy infrastructure, energy trading, and customer service. Today, his focus is on the strategic development of EVN Bulgaria as an integrated energy group, with an emphasis on system integration, digital transformation, and the long-term modernization of infrastructure. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and economics and a master’s degree in innovation and technology management from the Vienna University of Applied Sciences.
