Ivayla Maslarska is an 18-year-old student from Sofia who combines her interest in business with a commitment to humanitarian causes. She is an active volunteer, spokesperson, and consultant for the #fINdependent initiative, where she participates in the development of the programme's mobile application, taking responsibility for its structure, content, and design. Her goal is to make financial literacy more accessible and inspiring for young women.
Ivayla is among the youngest members of the team and actively takes part in events that encourage investment and the building of financial independence. At the #fINdependent Summit 2025, she shared her personal experience with financial markets and inspired her peers to think strategically and build long-term financial well-being.
