Radoslava Maslarska is one of the most active figures engaged in the development of the capital market and investment environment in Bulgaria. As Chairwoman of the Board of the Bulgarian Association of Licensed Investment Intermediaries (BALIP), she represents the sector in a number of institutional forums — as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the Investor Compensation Fund, the National Corporate Governance Commission, and as a participant in advisory bodies of the Central Depository, the Financial Supervision Commission, and the Commission for Consumer Protection. She is also among the founders of the Green Finance & Energy Centre at the Bulgarian Stock Exchange — a platform for sustainable financial solutions. Her greatest passion today is centred on a mission to support women and their financial freedom.
Maslarska is the initiator of the #fINdependent programme — an inspiring platform created to give women confidence and practical knowledge on the path to financial empowerment. The programme transforms the complex world of finance into an accessible and personal journey for women toward independence.
