Sally Levy has been the CEO of Meniv Rishon Ltd. Since 2012, She is responsible for managing the water supply and sewage system of the third largest city in Israel. Meniv Rishon excels according to the governmental index for water corporations.
Mrs. Levy has a long and distinguished career in public service, such as CEO of Yavne City Municipality and in several key management positions in the education department of the Rishon Le Zion Municipality. These positions involved financial management, formulating strategies and policies, working with large budgets.
She has also represented the Jewish Agency for Israel as an education specialist in the United States, creating community programming in San Francisco and west USA.
