Tsanko Arabadjiev is a long-standing Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Bulgarian Development Bank. He holds a degree in International Economic Relations and a Master’s degree in Finance from UNWE, and has also completed the Authentic Leader Development Program at Harvard Business School, with a focus on leadership, strategic management, and sustainable development.
Throughout his professional career, he has combined extensive expertise in the financial sector with significant experience in investment management and deep knowledge of capital markets. In his role at BDB, he contributes to strengthening the Bank’s position as Bulgaria’s national promotional institution, supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, innovation, sustainable growth, and the country’s green transition in line with European and global policies.
