Rositsa Penkova is a journalist with over 30 years of experience in the media. She has worked for the newspaper 24 Chasa, the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR), and Radio Free Europe. She is the founder of the online media outlet varnautre.bg. She works as a book editor and content creator, and is active in PR and digital marketing. She is a public speaker whose primary area of interest is the influence of fake news on Bulgarians.
Since 2023, she has been working at the Regional Centre for Social Economy Development in Northeastern Bulgaria, where she focuses on marketing social enterprises in the region and building networks to support the development of their activities.
